1. Volvo Penta Onboard Service Kit for D1-13, D1-20, MD2010C, MD2020C, MD2030A, MD2030B, MD2030C, MD2040A, MD2040B, MD2040C

This Kit contains (photo for illustration only):

1. Oil filter- 3840525
2. Fuel filter- 861477
3. Impeller- 22222936 and
4. All necessary gaskets.

Oil capacity required: Volvo Penta VDS3 – not supplied in this kit.
Volvo Penta D1-30 – 3.5 litres
Volvo Penta D2-40 – 6.5 litres
Volvo Penta 2030 – 3.5 litres
Volvo Penta 2040 – 5.7 litres

Please note that to fully service your diesel engine, you may,  dependant on the engine modle, need additional parts, eg:

-air filter,

-primary filter,

-crankcase breather filter,

-belt(s), -engine oil, -engine anode and coolant. If you are unsure as to the complete service parts list required for your particular engine, please call us first on 01 2360835. All Volvo Penta parts come with 1 year warranty from Volvo Penta, this can be doubled to 2 years when the parts are fitted by POD Marine.
